An upper class home in Jönköping...
...at the end of the 19th century. This is the place where wholesaler Salomon sr. and his wife Sofia lived, and where (I guess that) the children Sofia, Anna, Salomon, Elisabeth, Esther, Fredrik, Gustaf and Elin grew up. The man reading the newspaper is Gustaf Lindman. Myself I like everything in this picture except for the design of the carpet.
